Victoria

Victoria  lies in the south-east corner of Australia. It has a population of 4.4 million of which over 3 million live in Melbourne, Australia’s largest city after Sydney.

It is the smallest State on the mainland and thus has the advantage of having its natural diversity and unique attractions within easy reach. In one day’s drive, you can explore mountain country, pastoral landscape and spectacular coastline.

The mountain country is up in north Victoria, with beautiful scenery from all the tops that if offers. There is an area that is called Snowy Mountains just at the border to New South Wales, and just as the name says, is it possible to ski here in winter. The only place in all Australia most years.

The coastline is fabolus, especially the coast from Geelong to the border to South Australia, called Great Ocean Road. Here you can find The Twelve Apostles, London Bridge, The Arc and many spectacular rocks and cliffs. This is a must for every tourist and local to see. Don't hurry, take your time and take it all in.

Planned cities to show detailed information about, still to come though:

- Melbourne
- Ballarat
- Geelong
- Great Ocean Road
- Lakes Entrance
- Phillip Island

Information about these cities and other places in Victoria is very much welcome. Email us, please.
